This summer cocktail is an Italian take on a rum & coke, made with Chinotto and a splash of fresh orange juice.
To keep your summer dinner party relaxed, set out a bucket of ice, bottles of Chinotto, rum, and sliced oranges so guests can build their own as they arrive.
Chinotto has bittersweet and citrus notes, so we recommend choosing a lightly aged white rum, like Plantation 3 Stars.
