Dinner parties at the studio, pepperoni butter, and David Duchovny ♡
Hi from the studio:) It's late on Friday, and I just finished cooking the Dalà menu. It's so extremely good. Like, really, really good. Order it. Don't miss out.
I wanted to share a few PDC things I'm loving this week.

1.Weeknight Club
Paris Dining Club isn’t just for over-the-top weekend dinners. Butter club is meant for the weeknights. 10 minutes, 5 ingredients. Simple, but very chefy dinners.
If you make one thing this week, make one of these butters. Make too much. Freeze some. Then use it all month long to turn basic dinners into something kind of brilliant. Start with one of these -
Garlic and Anchovy Butter - trust me, even if you don't like anchovies, this is for you! Then make this Roast Chicken for dinner.
Pepperoni Butter, my pride and joy. I like to fry an egg in it and feel like a genius. Or make these Gorgeous Clams, dip some crusty baguette in the broth, sip a nice chilled white wine.
2. Salvador Dalà menu at the studio tonight
I cook each of our kit menus every month for a big dinner party at the studio. While you're plating at home, I’m doing the same here, just for like, 30 people. I live for a dinner party.
The cheese course might’ve been my favorite tonight. Wrapped in ham, baked until the inside trembled, and ham crackled. For dessert, a tres leches–style peach dream, a soft summer cloud of a cake, soaking up amaretto cream and covered in peaches. I don't even like cake, but this is goooood. Here's the recipe in case you don't order a box.
3. Sarah’s instagram posts
She never fails to crack me up. I step out of the kitchen and open this. Are we even a dinner party company without posts of David Duchovny declaring his love of shrimp?
Thanks for being here. More soon. Also, we are going to start using the chat function here on substack asap, but if you have something to say, fire away. We really want this to be a community of food loving, table setting, beauty loving people who believe in the power of the dinner table and David Duchovny, as much as we do!
